The West Covina City Council voted unanimously Tuesday night, December 1, to ask Los Angeles County to lift the ban on outdoor dining in the city. The Beverly Hills City Council had opposed the bans and was supported by the West Hills Council and San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors. On Tuesday night, November 28, West Covina joined the Beverly Hills City Council in asking the L.A. County Board of Supervisors to lift the ban on outdoor dining and dining.

Tokyo Central, formerly known as Marukai Market, is home to the largest shopping center in West Covina, with more than 1,000 shops, restaurants and retail outlets. There are a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, an office building and FedEx offices, as well as a hotel.
Many of the restaurants we enjoyed were Misky's, which offers a variety of options for those who would like to take a detour in the form of seafood. Jackfruit tacos are a must-try - just like grilled teriyaki kabobs and coconut shrimp skewers. There are many other restaurants in West Covina, such as the Bamboo Cafe, and many restaurants we enjoy, including the Katsu Cafe and the Japanese Market on the corner of Main Street and Main Avenue.

There are options for Mexican food in a festive atmosphere and there are a number of restaurants that make this an ideal place to visit after a movie theater. This is a child-friendly place, with a variety of food trucks as well as a wide selection of craft beers and wine. The West Covina Community Center has many facilities, including a food truck and cinema.

One Veg World is described as pan-Asian, but also offers dishes such as tacos and cheesecake. Miki House is a popular take-out restaurant if you can actually enjoy the food on site. My favourite is the Miki house Special, a pasta dish with pancakes, which contains a variety of different types of pork, chicken, fish, vegetables and meat.
Just a few minutes away is New York's Finest, a family-run café located in the West Covina Civic Center, offering a wide selection of food and drinks and live music. Elephant Bar is my unmistakable go-to when you're outside the law in town and can't leave the 16 square miles that is West Covina.
Mariposa Inn serves traditional Mexican cuisine, including a cocktail made from several types of seafood, including squid and clam. Restaurant Row in West Covina has a number of family-run restaurants that offer original dishes, including a wide selection of traditional dishes such as tacos, tacos con quesadillas, burritos and tacos enchiladas.
